The word Zen means meditation, meditation means to Wake Up. Waking up means to open your eyes, your ears and your whole being. Then you can connect with the world you live in - you can dance with it, weep with it, fight with it and heal it. You can find refuge in it or just walk tall with a heart as wide as the sky.
This is a simple Zen retreat that includes formal sitting meditation, walking meditation, chanting, individual interviews and talks, as well as time to lie under the trees and watch the clouds. It is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
26-30 October | R3,330 - R5,270
