Join us for a weekend of joyful and intense practices of asana and pranayama in the Iyengar way.
The focus for the weekend will be to restore and to bring wholeness of being.We will do this with balancing through precise alignment, by developing more sensitivity to observe and to just smile at ourselves in the process.
And the gift will be to do this together in the beautiful setting of Bodhi Khaya. The weekend will be from late afternoon on Friday till after lunch on Sunday. There will be
yoga session in the morning and the late afternoon. The accommodation and 3 vegetarian
meals are included in the price.

Yoga has been part of my journey for many years and it is a way of life. It is an on-going adventure of exploration of mind, body and breath. Yoga is a meditation in action and a beautiful way to connect us more with our own inner self as well as with our fellow human beings. I love to share this passion and it is a privilege to be teaching this old tradition and to see the deep joy and transformation that this discipline brings.
I am a Senior Iyengar Teacher and have been teaching in Europe and South Africa since 1979.
