Connect with the peace & joy in your heart
In this week-end retreat we will explore how to cultivate an authentic experience of loving kindness through meditation. By opening our heart to others we can solve many of our daily problems, improve our relationships with others and maintain a happy peaceful mind all the time.
The retreat schedule will allow plenty of time for quiet relaxation and community, enjoying delicious meals, and exploring the beautiful countryside in the nature reserve. Leaving behind the hectic pace and distractions of everyday life, it is easy to discover a deep happiness that arises naturally from within.
Single room and shared accommodation are available.
The retreat begins on Friday evening with supper from 6.30pm and the intro. is at 8.00-9.00pm. We conclude at lunchtime on Sunday. Please note we will be keeping silence until lunchtime and after the last sessions of each day on this retreat.

Feedback from previous retreats:
Thanks again for a superb weekend retreat. It was amazing and has definitely opened my eyes and mind to a whole host of new ways to see and think about things.’
‘We were given practical tools to manage our daily lives through teachings and meditation. Words cannot express how this retreat has changed & is changing my life. This retreat is one of those journeys that I needed to walk alone. Quiet mornings were so profound to me because I was able to reflect.’
