Treat yourself to a weekend celebration of easy and simple skills/tools that can assist you on your life's journey. Our schedule includes guided meditations, breath work, movement, yoga and silence. Free time may involve spending time in nature, having a massage, swimming, hiking a mountain trail, walking the labyrinth or simply resting and taking in the beautiful surrounds.
There will be a talk on health and nutrition which will coincide with our special vegan celebratory 'High Tea'.
Yoga styles offered are Yin, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga vinyasa in varying degrees of ability.
Hosted by Caron Waddy, and assisted by Alka Martine and Judy Swart (massage therapist).
Everyone is welcome and no yoga experience is required.
