Most practitioners find it difficult to take awareness from the meditation hall into their daily lives. In this retreat we will combine traditional Zen practices of zazen, chanting and walking with detailed teaching of The 20-Steps Programme that we developed 20 years ago to help students take awareness into daily life and live life more fully. The retreat will be held in an atmosphere of gentle noble silence interspersed with periods of instruction, discussion and communication. Daily private interviews will be available.
