RESERVATIONS

We will respond to your email giving you all the relevant information you need for the particular retreat as well as deposit details to confirm your space. Accommodation is in a single room with shared bathroom, sharing a twin room with one other, or in a private room with private bathroom. Please let us know your preference at time of booking.

Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Payments can be made in cash, by cheque made out to Bodhi Khaya Retreat cc, or by bank transfer. We do not as yet accept credit cards.

Bookings can be made in advance for health therapies such as massage, reiki, colour therapy, or reflexology. Please email or call 028 388-0156 to make your reservation

The closest shop is in Gansbaai, 15 minutes away by car.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings. The cancellation fee is a percentage of the deposit paid. If you cancel your reservation up to 7 days before your visit, cancellation fee is 20% and 80% of your deposit is transferred to a future visit. If you cancel within 7 days of your visit, cancellation fee is 100%.
